Oral presentation – The participant must prepare a 10-12 min pre-recorded video presentation (.mp4 format) to be played during the Symposium at the scheduled time. After all the presentations, we will have a live session with all speakers for public questions; thus, the presence of the speakers during the live session is mandatory.
Presentations can be given in English, Spanish or Portuguese; however, all texts in the presentation must be in English. Note: As we have a limited time for oral presentations, the committee will evaluate all proposals and select twelve (12) of them (four for each day), which will be announced on February 10th. Non-selected works will be welcome to be presented as small video presentation.

Poster – The participant must prepare a poster in PDF (90cm x 120cm, but DON'T NEED TO PRINT). The PDF file will be made available to the public during the entire event, and any questions can be asked to the presenter via chat.
