PhD, senior researcher of the Laboratory of Evolutionary Morphology of the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution. Graduate from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia), participant of numerous field expeditions in Africa, and, especially, Asia. Favorite field of biology – evolution of the amphibian ontogeny and ecological adaptations of the amphibian reproductive strategies. After ten years of herpetological research in Vietnam, totally enchanted by the diversity and the biological “ingenuity” of the poorly known Asian tropical frogs.
